Client Intake - Workers Compensation |
No Surprises Act Clause
Under the No Surprises Act law, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate.” This law ensures that cash-pay clients know how much their medical and mental health care will cost. You have the right to ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, and to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
